UV Finish System
Ultraviolet (UV) roll coating is available for some products.. This allows for rapid turnaround on time sensitive orders. The Flat line finish provides outstanding durability and we can accommodate materials from 2" wide to 50" wide and up to 12 feet long. We can UV finish several materials and offer bead board panel, drawer sides as two standard products available from stock.

Our flat wood products are roll-coated. Profiles such as millwork and trim are often vacuum-coated. Spray-coating is used for shaped parts such as assembled furniture and moldings. We can typically outsource these parts for you.
