We can provide high volume and have the capability to provide 1/2 Truck and Truck load pricing.
- Sample Boards are available with various shaped options and edge detail. We can produce sample boards with radius or square corners and for an small up charge we can bull nose the edges. Sample boards come standard with routed hand holes and accommodate every sample/display board requirement.
- Our sample boards can be painted one side, both sides or left as raw material.
- Our sample boards are primed, painted and top coated to provide the highest quality sample board.
- Material choices available for the sample boards are: MDF, HDF (High Density Fiberboard), and tempered board-(Masonite). We can produce a sample board in varying material Thickness from 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" all the way up to 1" MDF.
- Our sample boards are available in custom Sizes or you can choose from our stock inventory @ www.productsampleboards.com. We also have sample pricing listed here.
- Painted Tile display boards are made by MDF board or HDF board, high density fiber boards. Standard industry sizes for sample boards are typically :14" x 16" ,16" x 18" ,18" x 23" ,22" x 22" ,22" x 24" ,24" x26"
- We offer both a matte, and semi-gloss finish paint in black or white for your boards.
- Our Painted Tile Sample board, Painted Tile display boards, can be with a Handle cutout or without. Offered with Round corners , Round edges or we can custom shape any board to your requirements.
