Machining operations include surface boring, edge boring and routing. High Volume Part Shaping of Circular, Rectangular with rounded Corner Parts.
In addition to our CNC capabilities, Jay Bird Manufacturing has several mass production Shapers. Shapers specifically designed to produce high volume component parts for the chair and seating industries. Machines are capable of producing 4-5 parts per minute, depending of the part size. Different Profile edge options are available and include, bullnose, half round, T-slotted and chamfered.
